STUDENT REGISTRATION PACKET
SCHEDULE PICK-UP– All students MUST drop-off required paperwork at their assigned times. No schedule or ID card will be handed out without proper registration paperwork turned in.
Students not able to attend schedule pick up must report to the front of the school on the first day with all required forms.
Items you MUST bring in order to pick-up your schedule
Payment (or return of missing books and fines). Cash or money order only
Emergency Card – (completed and signed by parent)
Internet User Contract (Signed by parent and student)
Free and Reduced Lunch Applications (if applicable)
PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN FOR A CHRISTOPHER HS ID/ASB CARD
